Excellent graphic. The problem with putting down 21 different corporate video types is that there is not a set number, its about once video (meesage) with multiple outputs. For examples if you create one video and edit it in 3 different ways and output it to 4 different devises, its the same video, distribute in 14 different formats. I will post an article on http://www.contrastdesign.co.uk shortly for anyone who wants more on this subject.
Great article!!
Excellent article, more could have been added.
Corporate video presentation could have been bifurcated.

Excellent post, great points! This will be a great tool for independent video producers who are looking for more corporate production work. Thanks.
interesting, with a lot of potential.
I would like to learn more.

Very good points! Our company, Engaging Media, has been at the forefront of the online corporate video revolution. Our clients have included Verizon, Microsoft as well as small businesses. Check us out: http://www.engagingmedia.tv/corporate/
A very intersting and well thought out article.
I am writing to provide #27 to your list, based on a product we have recently launced in the US and which I am interested in launching Europe….
#27. Use video to help your distribution chain. In other words, if a video about your product is good for the “corporate” website, what about using on the website of everyone who sells your product (i.e., every local dealer for your line of furnaces and air conditioners)?
We have launched ENGAGE, a program that allows a library of interactive video to appear on hundreds, or thouands, or local webistes…and be “branded” for each individual website with their logo, local contact infor, etc.
Good summary of video ideas, I just would like to add that I think companies that do use videos still don’t use the possibility to embed clickable links in there videos. I personally like BubblePly’s approach. For an example of a commercial from Sony, see http://www.bubbleply.com/player.aspx?pid=a8b625c0-f282-43d4-98e9-4527487b3112
So many possibilites for the brave ones! Interesting to read about all your ideas of how we can use online video in our internal and external communication. I recently found a good example of instruction films (Virality communication).
http://www.vettochetikett.se/ Now I never will fail in laying the table for important dinnesparties. See, online videos make living easy! /annika
I like this display. Makes it very clear for me how I can sell my videos to companies. Great work and I will send examples – now that I now what I am looking for.
I just think that many of these films are not used so much, I am thinking about the instruction films, talk about corporate policy etc that should be very easy to make.
